Welcome to the Gillespie County Youth Livestock Show!

NOTE: Please ensure all entries are added before submitting your invoice. The invoice total must be greater than $0. Any invoice submitted with missing entries will be rejected and must be corrected and resubmitted.

Invoices are reviewed and accepted or rejected in the evenings. Your credit card will be charged once your invoice has been accepted.

**PLEASE make sure you do Steps 13-15 of the instructions**

NOTE: You MUST enter the EXHIBITORS Social Security Number. Having a Valid Social Security Number Entered is REQUIRED to sale.

Registration will be November 2, 2026 thru November 14, 2026 and will be $25.00/ per Cattle Entry and $20.00 per entry for all other Species.

Late entries made from November 16, 2026 thru November 29, 2026 will be $50.00 per entry for all species.

Late entries made after November 30, 2026 thru the Day of the Show will be $500.00 per entry for all species.

You can pay by cash, check or credit card. Credit Card payments may be subject to an additional processing fee.

If paying by cash or check all entry fees must be paid to the Gillespie County Extension Office or FFA Ag Teacher BY December 1, 2026. Checks made payable to: GCYLSA
